Returns & Refunds Policy
We do not cancel/refund orders after they have been placed, are in transit, or after they have been delivered.
Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed ASAP – typically within 2-3 business days.
(We guarantee orders to be processed within 5 business days.)
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email/text after your order has been placed.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email/text upon fulfillment of your order, meaning that USPS will be in possession of your package.
Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages.
Please double check all of your information before checking out, the customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders.
If your package is delivered but you haven’t received it – call carrier USPS and speak to a live representative to open a case. (They will open an investigation to locate your package).
Damaged/ Defective Product
If you believe your order was damaged in shipment or that it is defective; please contact us within 72 hours of delivery to initiate a return (if applicable).

- Order Number
- Details of damage or defect.
- MUST INCLUDE supporting photos and or videos.
Please note that we are not responsible for trays that are cracked during shipment. *Lashes are not typically affected by a cracked tray.*
Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.
